What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

  • Contact form: name, email address, telephone number and a description of your property.
  • Rental calculator: email address, submitted to receive a personal property assessment.
  • Cookies and analytics: technical data about your visit, including browser type, device and pages visited, collected via Google Analytics.

We do not collect more data than is necessary for the purpose stated.

How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a property assessment.
  • To send you a personal rental estimate if you have requested one.
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6:

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries and providing the service requested.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): cookies and analytics, where you have accepted these.

Data Retention

We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years unless we have entered into a service agreement with you. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion at any time.

Data Processors and Third Parties

We share your data with the following trusted processors only to the extent necessary:

  • Supabase: used to process and forward form submissions. Data is stored within the EU.
  • Google Analytics: used to analyse website traffic anonymously. Data may be transferred to the US under Google's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Functional: we store your language preference (DA/EN/DE) locally in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymous data about how our website is used. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to processing or request that we restrict it.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority:
