A burst pipe. An alarm triggering. When something requires attention, Socialir responds as your professional representative. We coordinate vendors, obtain quotes and manage the matter to completion — while keeping you informed. You make the decisions. We handle everything else.
Estate Administration
Ownership without the administration.
Every vendor, every maintenance record, every invoice — documented, timestamped and stored in your Owner Portal. When it comes time to sell, refinance or commission a renovation, the complete history of your property is already there. Organised by us. Available to you, always.
Vendor Management
We organise. You pay separately.
Beyond your membership, we organise all practical tasks on your property. We obtain quotes, book, coordinate and follow up. You simply receive the invoice from the supplier.
